Currently, Dr. Grant provides Telehealth appointments to residents of North Carolina only.  Other states may be added in the future, but at this time, only residents of North Carolina are eligible for our Weight Loss Programs.

How does the process work?

It all begins with a quick and convenient online telehealth appointment where you will speak directly with Dr. Grant to discuss your health.  She will review your health information and determine the appropriate weight loss program for you.  As discussed on the "Semaglutide Info" tab, some patients are not medically eligible for prescription weight loss medications.  If you do not qualify for a prescription medication, you may be eligible for other weight loss programs administered by Dr. Grant if you choose.  

Your patient copay for the initial consultation with Dr. Grant is only $50 and you are not obligated to make any additional purchases.  We do not engage in the selling of expensive membership or enrollment fees. 

If you decide that you want a healthier future, then Dr. Grant will be your partner along the way.  Your Weight Loss Journey is your decision and it's you that will decide if you are ready for a healthier life or not.  Either way, we are a Health Care Clinic so there's no high-pressure sales pitch from us and the choice is completely yours to make!

When you purchase our 3-month Semaglutide starter program in full, it allows you to lock in the lowest price which currently breaks down to only $149 per month (or just $5 per day!!) for a new patient that has never taken Semaglutide before!  If you have previously been prescribed Semaglutide, we would be happy to coordinate your care as well and will provide you with some of the lowest prices in the country based upon your strength of dosage required.

• Unlimited access to direct message Dr. Grant with any questions or concerns.

• Monthly patient portal check-ins with Dr. Grant to monitor your progress.

• All of our weight loss care is provided as a "concierge medicine" package so you have direct, one-on-one access to Dr. Grant via video, chat, or telephone to discuss your care.  Time consuming office visits and missed work days are no longer necessary when Dr. Grant is your personal provider!
